were delighted to discover Able Air &
(2) of your premier TECH'S--Toni and Frank ..
They were incredible, exceptionally cordial and professional,
notwithstanding their technical where¬with-all astonished
me, a (degreed) Engineer ..
Since COMPLAINTS usually go to the top, I thought a note of appreciation
should too ...
Had an Emergency Call on July 3r'd. Toni arriving late-obviously
tired from a grueling day-¬determined to get us COOL AIR-whatever
it took.. She did .. Her assessment for additional work was SPOT
ON ..
Frank then came today and was amazing as well.. A real PITT BULL
---driven to be the best.. A theoretical and skilled TECH ..
What a great TEAM you have .. Be assured I will TELL & RE-Tell
our story .. Your company is everything you assert on TV..

I've had Able Air as my only service provider for the past 7 years.
Their techs are knowledgeable and polite. The Customer Service
they provide is excellent and they have maintained both our home
and rental property units without issue. I would highly recommend
them to anyone new to the area who is looking for a well managed
company with a very good business ethic.

Able Air installed our unit in 2003 and thankfully it's still
running today. In addition we started a kitchen remodel with the
removal of a drop ceiling this past week. Because of a misunderstanding
we enlisted Able Air to come move an air duct for us on a Tues.
afternoon instead of Tues. morning. When my contractor and I discussed
this again on Monday afternoon we realized our mis-communication.Yikes!
I called Able late in the day and they said they didn't have a
tech available, when I told them we had an open ceiling to the
attic that couldn't be closed in until the duct was moved, they
moved some things around for me and sent a couple of very professional,
polite and obviously well trained techs out by 9AM. They were
in and out in about an hour and the charge was very fair! I will
be calling them for our needs again. Thanks everyone at Able Air!

Jimmy sales rep. went over all options available with no pressure.
He simply discussed advantages of each. Mike the installer couldn't
have been more professional and efficient. Left in / outside free
of debris. Explained how to work system and all works beautifully.
It is so nice to be cool again. Would highly recommend these 2
& Able Air.

So my A/C stopped working sometime Saturday evening, I called
Able Air around 10:30 pm when I noticed, I was called back by
the service tech around 11 pm, he got here around midnight, and
fixed the problem (a bad capacitor) in less than 20 minutes. Now
it works, just a few hours after we noticed the problem! While
this speed is probably atypical, I highly recommend giving them
a call if your A/C stops working.
I had my Air Conditioner unit replaced in my house by Able Air
almost a year ago. The unit was installed the day they said they
would which was a first in the 3 units I have had installed in
various homes. I had a cheap maintenance job done by a competing
company because it was just so cheap with an ad that I had seen.
After they came and left in a little under 15 minutes I was curious
how good of a job they had done. I called Able Air again and had
my maintenance job done by them about two weeks later and had
a tech at my house for almost a hour and a half who was kind enough
to explain to me what the other company had done and what he didn't
do. I will use them again and they are one of the few contractors
I recommend.

Able Air stepped in and changed a rip-off quote from another company
($7999) to replace an AC system that was not heating properly
in my elderly fathers home. Their quote was for $3200 to do the
same thing (if we really wanted to do this). At the urging of
the Able Air salesman, their repair man was called in and the
$3200 quote changed into a $200 bill to fix the real problem which
was a bad contactor on the heat strip. My father saved the replacement
costs for a day when it is really needed. End of problem, goodbye
rip off scam artist!

all staff we worked with were professional and did a terrific
job - we highly recommend them to anyone looking for replacing
an air conditioning system
